About

Photographer Trevor King has called all kinds of places home. In no particular order: Vancouver, Sydney, a boat off the coast of Mexico, LA’s Venice Beach. Places, they’re his thing. He travels. He takes photos.
His pictures, they’re more than postcards. They’re a pause. The call of his work is less wish-you-were-here, more be-here-now. Be it an unmarked horizon, a desert highway or a swimming pool in Beverley Hills, there is an undeniable directive, a calling of sorts. To stop, to look, to see, to be. Each of his landscapes, seascapes and cloudscapes are immersive and emotive; a mediation, a slow exhale on a long breath of ‘This must be the place’.
